Getting a translation quote

Please send us the following for a translation quote:

  • Full text document, preferably as a Word file (or .pdf)
  • Your contact information, including postal address for billing purposes
  • Desired delivery date
  • Any other particulars you wish us to know about your text
After e-mailing us your text, you will receive a free, non-binding quote for your project, including cost and, if requested, delivery date. Prices can range from €1.20 to €1.50 "netto" (price before the 19% value-added tax) per standard line (55 characters, including spaces), depending on the technical level and individual demands of the text.

Texts will be treated as confidential; non-disclosure agreements for the confidentiality of your document(s) are also available upon request.

Confirmation

Once an agreement has been reached, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. The translation will then be delivered to you by e-mail (or mail, upon request) along with the invoice. Translations ordered outside of the EU will be sent as soon as possible after payment has been received.
